Belvoir Castle
The ancestral home of the Duke and Duchess of Rutland for one thousand years. The castle is currently the family home of the 11th Duke, Duchess and their young family.
The Engine Yard, Belvoir Castle’s unique retail village, restored from old estate buildings, is popular for local food, drink and artisan shopping.

Rutland Water
With 9 miles of shoreline, Rutland Water is the home to several pairs of ospreys. Activities here include nature trails, bird-watching, cycling, fishing, rock wall climbing and most water-sports. It has a visitors centre, an aqua park and also a sand beach area. There are also a bar, cafe and restaurant.
